摘要
经营承揽是施工单位一次经营的核心工作,投标报价是否合理对项目中标与否产生的影响最为直接,同时投标报价也是招标人选择承包人的重要指标。文章以某轨道交通工程投标为背景对工程报价编制与策略进行研究分析,提出投标报价编制的基本思路和一些常用报价策略,力求提高中标率和增质创效。
Business contracting is the core work of a construction company.Bidding price is reasonable or not has the most direct impact on the winning of the project.At the same time,the bidding price is also an important indicator for an employer to select contractor.Based on a bidding case of a rail transit project,this paper studies and analyzes the preparation and strategy of project bidding documents,puts forward the basic ideas and some common Quotation Strategies of bidding documents preparation,and efforts to improve successful bidding rate,quality and effi ciency.
