防爆型在线总烃分析仪的研制和应用

Development and application of an explosion-proof online THC analyzer

伴随着可燃性气体在工业领域的广泛应用,控制其浓度超限引发的爆炸事故已经成为石化企业必须要面对的一项挑战。传统的传感器型报警仪不能很好的满足各类工况下的应用需求,而进口设备不但价格昂贵,而且售后响应时间较长,不能很好地服务于中小型石化企业。论文针对石化领域可燃物监测的难点和实际痛点,研制了一款防爆型在线总烃分析仪并在现场进行了实际应用和测试比对。

With flammable vapors widely used in industry,controlling the explosion accident caused by the vapors over limit had become a challenge that petrochemical enterprises must face.Traditional sensor alarming device cannot meet the application needs of different working conditions,and the imported equipment cannot well serve this enterprises as well due to the high prices and long supporting time.In this paper,an explosion-proof online THC analyzer is developed for the difficulty and actual pain point of flammable vapors monitoring in petrochemical field.Proficiency test was applied during the practical use.
