矿山设备高压大功率检测方法研究

摘要 矿山设备现场检测环境苛刻,高压大功率电控柜接线庞杂且危险性较高,为了保证检测人员在最短的时间内得到正确的数据,文中借助HIOKI 3169-21钳式功率计对矿山高压大功率设备中配置不同的PT、CT互感器采用不同的针对性的检测方法进行研究,同时对于现场接线混乱造成的相序错乱及互感器二次侧出线方向错误,采用电压电流相位角法分析判断如何得出正确检测结果,为今后矿山设备高压大功率的检测提供了正确指导方向。 Mine equipment field testing environment is difficult,the wiring of high-voltage high-power electronic control cabinet is complex and high risk.In order to ensure that the test personnel in the shortest possible time to get the correct data,with the help of HIOKI 3169-21 tongs power meter,the PT and CT transformers with different configurations in the highvoltage high-power equipment in the mine were studied by using different targeted detection methods in this paper.At the same time,for the phase sequence disorder caused by the field wiring disorder and the fault direction of the secondary side outlet of the transformer,the method of voltage and current phase Angle is used to analyze and judge how to get the correct detection results.It provides a correct direction for high-voltage high-power detection of mine equipment in the future.
