摘要 为了降低LASIK手术后并发症,以飞秒激光近视手术系统为例分析了飞秒激光在屈光近视手术中的应用。LASIK手术采用VisuMax飞秒激光仪制作角膜瓣;采用准分子激光在角膜基质床进行度数的切削,术后眼前节光学相干断层扫描系统(OCT)测量角膜瓣厚度,主要分析了VisuMax飞秒激光仪制作角膜瓣、术后眼前节光学相干断层扫描系统(OCT)测量角膜瓣厚度的技术原理及主要流程。实验结果表明:飞秒激光制作的角膜瓣是相对均匀的,其厚度由中心向两侧逐渐增厚。飞秒激光在屈光近视的治疗中取得了良好的应用效果。 In order to reduce the complications after LASIK,the application of femtosecond laser in refractive myopia surgery was analyzed with femtosecond laser myopia surgery system as an example.The corneal flaps were fabricated by VisuMax femtosecond laser in LASIK.Excimer laser was used to cut corneal stromal bed.The thickness of corneal flaps was measured by optical coherence tomography(OCT).The corneal flaps were fabricated by VisuMax femtosecond laser and the optical coherence tomography(OCT)system of anterior segment was analyzed.The technical principle and main process of measuring corneal flap thickness.The experimental results show that the corneal flaps made by femtosecond laser are relatively uniform,and their thickness gradually increases from center to both sides.Femtosecond laser has achieved good results in the treatment of refractive myopia.
