在中国特色社会主义新时代,企业家及其精神的作用越来越受重视。新时代企业家精神主要体现在勇于创新、善于协调、敢于担当、持之以恒、尽职尽责等方面。企业家精神的培育受到社会文化、政府行为、金融市场发达程度及法律制度等因素影响。要为企业家精神培育创造良好的社会文化环境,肯定企业家的贡献,为企业家呐喊;要规范政府行为,减少行政干预;要深化金融市场改革,提升金融服务能力;要构建适合社会主义市场经济的法制体系。

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the role of entrepreneurs and their spirit concentrates more and more attention.The entrepreneurship of the new era mainly embodies the courage to innovate,good coordination,risk taking,perseverance,due diligence and other aspects.The cultivation of entrepreneurship is influenced by many factors such as social culture,government behavior,sophistication of financial market and legal system.We must create a good social and cultural environment for the cultivation of entrepreneurship,affirm the contribution of entrepreneurs.We should standardize government behavior,reduce administrative intervention,deepen reform financial market system and improve financial service capabilities.We also need to build a legal system suitable for the socialist market economy.
