摘要
基于MC9S08DZ60单片机、K型热电偶和MAX31855冷端补偿热电偶至数字输出转换器设计分布式热电偶温度采集系统,实现多路热电偶温度的数据采集及处理。采集系统的分辨率为0.5℃,可进行热电偶的开路及短接等故障检测,具有较高的检测速度和精度。测试试验结果表明,设计的热电偶温度采集系统能够实现温度的实时检测,具有良好的稳定性,可满足实际应用的要求。
A distributed thermocouple temperature acquisition system based on MC9S08DZ60 micro controller,K thermocouple and MAX31855 cold-end compensation thermocouple to digital output converter is designed,by which the temperature data acquisition and processing of multichannel thermocouple could by achieved.The resolution of the acquisition system can reach 0.5℃and the fault detection of open circuit and short circuit of thermocouple can be realized,with high detection speed and accuracy.The test results show that real-time temperature detection could be carried out by this thermocouple temperature acquisition system stably.
