季戊四醇硬脂酸酯在聚碳酸酯中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用熔融共混方法制备的聚碳酸酯(PC)与两种不同牌号的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)共混,并用核磁共振氢谱和热失重(TG)方法分析了两种不同牌号PETS的结构差异和热稳定性。研究了PETS的牌号和用量对混合体系力学性能和流动性能的影响。结果表明,两种牌号的PETS均能显著提高PC的流动性,PC的拉伸强度随着PETS用量的增加而降低,当PETS用量小于0.2份时降幅不大,冲击强度随着PETS用量的增加而提高,拉断伸长率随着PETS用量的增加先增加后降低,当PETS用量为0.2份时达到最大值,且P-1对PC力学性能和流动性能的改善要优于P-2。综合考虑,当P-1用量为0.2份时效果最佳。 The blends of polycarbonate(PC) and two kinds of pentaerythritol stearate(PETS) were prepared by melt blending.The structural differences and thermal stability of the two kinds of PETS were analyzed by ~1H NMR and TG.The effects of PETS and dosage on the mechanical properties and fluidity of the mixed system were studied.The results show that the two kinds of PETS can significantly improve the fluidity of polycarbonate.The tensile strength of PC decreases with the increase of PETS dosage.When the dosage is less than 0.2 phr,the decrease is not significant.The impact strength increases with the increase of PETS dosage.The elongation at break first increases and then decreases with the increase of PETS dosage.When the dosage is 0.2 phr,it reaches the maximum value,and P-1 improves the mechanical and flow properties of PC.When the dosage of P-1 is 0.2 phr,the result is the best.
