摘要
为保障香港市民的食品安全,避免发生食品安全事故。从中山市供港水产品及其制品中抽取15个品类39个批次样品进行单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌鉴定分析,检出阳性样品1个,检出率为2.6%。
To protect the food safety of Hong Kong citizens and avoid food safety accidents.Identification and analysis of listeria monocytogenes were carried out on 39 batches of samples from 15 categories of aquatic products and products supplied to Hong Kong in zhongshan city.One positive sample was detected with a detection rate of 2.6%.
