摘要
食品中的致病菌可以引起人体出现各种感染,从而对人体健康造成威胁,为有效避免致病菌引发健康问题,加强对各种食品致病菌的检测非常重要,并且需要结合检测结果来做好相关的风险预警控制,以提高我国食品的安全性。
The pathogens in food can cause all sorts of infection in human bodies,posing a threat to human health.In order to effectively avoid the influence of pathogens which lead to all sorts of health problems,it is very important to strengthen the detection of various food pathogens,and combined with the test results to prepare relevant risk warning and control,so as to improve food safety in our country.
