摘要
本文探究了利用高效液相色谱法同时测定果汁饮料中10种食品添加剂的检测方法。采用WondaSil-C18色谱柱,柱温35℃,以甲醇-乙酸铵作为流动相,二极管阵列检测器多波长检测,优化流动相梯度,外标法定量。结果表明,样品在0.5~50μg·mL^-1线性范围内,10种添加剂回收率在91.5%~99.3%,相对标准偏差在0.85%~3.27%。对3类果汁检测结果显示,该方法样品前处理简单,检测效率高,满足回收率与精密度要求,适用于果汁中10种添加剂的检测。
In this paper,a method for the simultaneous determination of 10 food additives in fruit juice drinks by HPLC was studied.Wondasil-C18 chromatographic column was used,the column temperature was 35℃,methanol-ammonium acetate was used as mobile phase,diode array detector was used for multi-wavelength detection,and external standard method was used for quantitative measurement.The results showed that within the linear range of 0.5~50μg·mL^-1,the recovery rate of 10 additives ranged from 91.5%to 99.3%,and the relative standard deviation ranged from 0.85 to 3.27.The test results of three kinds of fruit juice showed that the method was simple,efficient,and met the requirements of recovery and precision.It was suitable for the detection of 3 kinds of additives in fruit juice.
