摘要
本文对湿法消解法、干法灰化法、压力消解罐消解法及微波消解法4种重金属前处理方法的实验室设备要求、消解时间、消解样品批次、检测人员的操作水平及实验品耗材5个方面进行分析,进行优势对比,总结出符合自身县级检测机构实验室实际情况的重金属前处理法。
This article describes the laboratory equipment requirements,digestion time,digestion sample batch,and tester’s operations for four heavy metal pre-treatment methods:wet digestion,dry ashing,pressure digestion tank digestion,and microwave digestion.Analyze the five aspects of the level and experimental consumables,compare the advantages,and summarize the heavy metal pre-treatment method that meets the actual conditions of the county-level testing institution’s laboratory.
