摘要
目的:调查分析庆阳市2019年市场上儿童零食食品添加剂的使用和用量情况,为儿童零食安全监管提供技术支撑。方法:检验项目按照国家标准相关内容进行检测,检测结果按照相应检验依据的标准要求和相关产品标准要求进行评价。结果:共抽检样品149份,不合格17份,不合格率为11%;不合格项目主要为苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠和安赛蜜,7种合成色素均有检出。总体来说样品中添加剂的检出率普遍较高。结论:庆阳市儿童零食的安全状况较好,但风险依然存在,监管仍需加强。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the use and dosage of children’s snack food additives in the market of Qingyang City in 2019,so as to provide technical support for children’s snack safety supervision.Methods:the test items were tested according to the relevant contents of national standards,and the test results were evaluated according to the requirements of relevant standards and relevant product standards.Results:a total of 149 samples were selected,17 were unqualified,the unqualified rate was 11%;the main unqualified items were benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium and acesulfame,and 7 synthetic pigments were detected.Generally speaking,the detection rate of additives in samples is generally high.Conclusion:the safety status of children’s snacks in Qingyang is good,but the risk still exists,and the supervision needs to be strengthened.
