半精纺双层绒面织物后整理工艺探讨

Discussion on the finishing process of semi-worsted double-layer raising fabric

探讨半精纺双层绒面织物后整理工艺流程及主要工艺参数,并对织物的断裂强力、静态尺寸变化率、撕破强力、色牢度、脱缝程度、起毛起球等性能进行测试。针对织物抗起毛起球性能较差问题,对织物缩呢和剪毛工序进行工艺优化,并采用浸轧工艺加入抗起毛起球整理剂进行整理,采用优化工艺整理后的织物抗起毛起球性能有所提高,达到了GB/T 26382—2011《精梳毛织品》要求,可为半精纺绒面织物的开发提供参考。

In this paper,the finishing process and parameters of the semi-worsted raising fabric were analyzed.In order to meet the quality requirements in face,luster,strength and feel of the fabric,the fabric strength,static rate of size change,tearing strength,color fastness,degree of seam falling and pilling of the semi-worsted raising fabric were tested.The results show that the anti-pilling property of the fabric is poor.After optimization of the process in felting and shearing as well as anti-pilling finishing,the anti-pilling performance of finished worsted fabric was improved.
