棉/毛混纺织物转移印花工艺及其性能测试 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步提高转移印花产品质量,研究分析棉/毛混纺织物的转移印花工艺及印花效果。采用交联剂632作用于转印纸上可提高印花色牢度,获得较好的色牢度,且对织物强力的影响较小。棉/毛混纺织物转移印花加工需综合考虑印花色深、色牢度及断裂强力保留率。研究表明,转移印花压烫温度为180℃,压烫时间为90 s时,织物K/S值较高,耐摩擦色牢度大于3级,耐皂洗色牢度大于3级,对织物强力的影响较小。棉/毛混纺织物转移印花前后对织物的手感影响较小,在适宜的压烫温度和压烫时间下,织物的总平均抗弯长度变化不大。 In order to further improve the quality of transfer printing products,the transfer printing process and performance of cotton/wool printed fabrics were studied and analyzed.The crosslinking agent 632 was applied on the transfer paper to improve the color fastness of the fabric,good color fastness was obtained and the strength of the fabric is less affected.The printing color depth,color fastness and breaking strength retention rate should be considered duiring cotton/wool fabric transfer printing process.The results showed that the pressing temperature of the transfer printing is 180℃ and the pressing time is 90s.Under this process condition,the K/S value is higher,the rubbing fastness is higher than grade 3,the soaping fastness is also higher than grade 3 and the fabric strength is less influenced.The hand feeling of the cotton/wool fabric is less influenced before and after the transfer printing process.Under appropriate pressing temperature and pressing time,the total average bending length of the fabric does not change much.
