纺织品中的黏合剂对纤维定量化学分析的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在纺织品纤维定量化学分析中,对含黏合剂的混纺织物提高其检测数据的准确性,可以减少检测机构的风险。以棉/聚酯纤维混纺织物为例,分别采用手工拆分法、三氯甲烷/三氯乙酸法、硫酸法、近红外光谱法对试验结果进行分析。表明:由于黏合剂的存在,采用三氯甲烷/三氯乙酸法和硫酸法的试验结果与设计值之间的偏差较大;而采用手工拆分法和近红外光谱法时,受黏合剂的影响比较小,试验结果更接近于设计值,准确性高。 The accuracy of testing data should be improved to reduce the risk of testing institutions for the blended fabrics containing adhesives.Polyester fiber and cotton blended fabric was taken as an example,the experimental data was analyzed by manual resolution method,trichloromethane/trichloroacetic acid method,sulfuric acid method and near infrared spectroscopy method,respectively.The results showed that due to the existence of adhesives,the deviation between the data of trichloromethane/trichloroacetic acid method and sulfuric acid method is very large.Resort to manual resolution method and near infrared spectroscopy method,the influence of adhesives is relatively small,and the experimental data are closer to the design value,with higher accuracy.
