项目概况项目位于北京市北五环外,立水桥地铁站以东600 m处,周边住宅较多,最近的住宅与该场地只有一道之隔,因此也称其为"楼下的公园"。场地为带状公园,因使用率不高,景观设施破损较多,需进行改造提升。种植方面,因现有场地的层次搭配较好,只需适量增加彩色植被以丰富整体色彩,沿路加设花境植物组团,亲近游人,提升品质。前提思考改造项目最需要确定的是要面面俱到、标新立异,还是局部发力、点到为止。改造项目和新建项目本质的不同之处在于新建项目从零起跑,属于"创办";而改造项目更像是接力赛,要保留原状可取之处,延续场地记忆。

Project Overview The project is located outside the North Fifth Ring Road of Beiing,600 meters east of Lishui Bridge Metro Station,with many residences in the surrounding area,while the nearest residence to the site of the project is only one road away,which can be said to be"the park downstairs".The site is a Linear Park,and due to its low usage,the landscape facilities are so much damaged that need to be renovated and improved.In terms of planting,because the current hierarchical collocation of the site is good,it just needs to add appropriate colored leaf vegetation to enrich the overall color,and add flower type plant groups along the road,in order to be close to visitors,and improve the quality.
