下加利福尼亚半岛具有优越的自然环境,赭色的半沙漠景观同深蓝色的科尔特斯海形成鲜明的对比,使其成为建造新地标性酒店的绝佳选址。Solaz Los Cabos酒店将景观、建筑与艺术融为一体,拥有98000m^2的沿海场地,包含了独特的地形构造。设计理念是借助与海浪运动的对比来创造一系列具有吸引力并适应场地条件的空间,最终实现建筑与周围环境的融合。由于酒店所在的场地地形极不平坦,地势由海平面向北不断升高,因此设计师决定沿着海岸构建三层东西向的带有弧形露台的建筑,并将酒店房间设置在露台的最西端。露台与露台之间通过狭长的走道形成连接,同时借助茂密的植物作为分隔通道来分隔不同的功能空间,以创造更好的私密性。

The extraordinary natural surroundings of the Peninsula of Baja California with its semi-desert landscape in shades of ocher,contrasting with the deep blue of the Sea of Cortes,provides an ideal selected context for the construction of a new landmark hotel.Celebrating the integration between landscape,architecture and art,Solaz Los Cabos covers a total area of 98,000 m^2 along a section of the coast that includes unique topographical formations.The architectural concept was guided by this need for the proper integration of the construction into its surroundings,achieved through the use of construction that refer to the movement of the waves,producing an attractive series of volumes that are adapted to the location.
