摘要
乡村学校、乡村社区与教师自身是乡村教师生活依存的三维空间,具有内在逻辑关系,分别体现着乡村教师的教育专业职能、公共服务职能与反思引领职能.然而,新时代乡村教师生活存在着向城性、同质化与边缘化现象,需要在空间上实现由传统学校场域向乡村学校、乡村社区、教师自身等多个空间转换,切实体现乡村教师教育教学的专业性、服务乡村的公益性与自我发展的主体性.
Rural schools,rural communities and teachers are three-dimensional spaces of rural teachers’life,which have inherent logical relationship,reflecting their educational professional functions,public service functions and reflective leading functions respectively.However,in the new era,rural teachers’life has the phenomena of urbanization,homogeneity and marginalization.It is necessary to realize the spatial transformation from traditional school space to rural schools,rural communities,teachers themselves and so on,and to effectively reflect the professionalism of rural teachers’education and teaching,the public welfare of serving the countryside and the subjectivity of self-development.
