苯基三甲氧基硅烷改性纳米纤维素纸基阻隔涂层的制备及性能 被引量:10

Preparation and Properties of Phenyltrimethoxysilane Modified Nanocellulose Paper-Based Barrier Coating

摘要 采用苯基三甲氧基硅烷为改性剂,对纳米纤维素(CNF)进行改性处理,随后将其涂覆于普通A4纸表面,经固化制得苯基三甲氧基硅烷改性纳米纤维素纸基阻隔涂层。利用视频光学接触测量仪和电子拉力机分别对空白纸、纳米纤维素纸基涂层(CNF涂层)、苯基三甲氧基硅烷改性纳米纤维素纸基涂层(M-CNF涂层)的疏水性和力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,M-CNF涂层样品表面的水接触角为120.3°,相比于空白纸提高了17.2°,具有较强的疏水性。M-CNF涂层样品的拉伸强度、弹性模量和韧性相比于空白纸分别提高了314.7%、332.8%和297.9%,样品表现出较强的力学性能。对涂层的阻隔性能测试显示,M-CNF涂层样品的空气透气度为2837s/25cm^3,相比于空白纸降低了1233倍;水蒸气透过率为3.586×10^3 g/(m^2·24h),相比于空白纸张下降了50.0%,阻隔性能较强。另外,M-CNF涂层样品的扫描电镜照片显示,粘连紧密的三维网络结构填补了CNF涂层未能填充的剩余纸张孔隙,赋予了涂层较强的阻隔性及韧性。 Phenyltrimethoxysilane was used as modifier to modify nanocellulose(CNF),which was then coated on the surface of ordinary A4paper and cured to obtain phenyltrimethoxysilane modified nanocellulose paper-based barrier coating.The hydrophobicity and mechanical property of blank paper,nanocellulose paper-based coating(CNF coating),phenyltrimethoxysilane modified nanocellulose paper-based coating(MCNF coating)were characterized by video optical contact measuring instrument and electronic tensile machine.The results show that the water contact angle of the M-CNF coating is 120.3°,which is 17.2°higher than that of the blank paper,and has strong hydrophobicity.The tensile strength,elastic modulus and toughness of M-CNF coating are increased by 314.7%,332.8% and 297.9%,respectively,compared with blank paper,and the coating exhibits better mechanical properties.The barrier performance test of the coating shows that the air permeability of the M-CNF coating is 2837s/25cm^3,which is 1233times lower than that of the blank paper;the water vapor transmission rate is 3.586×10^3 g/(m^2·24h),which is 50.0%lower than that of the blank paper and the barrier performance is well.In addition,the SEM images of the MCNF coating show that the tightly bonded three-dimensional network structure fills in remaining paper pores that the CNF coating fails to fill,giving the coating a strong barrier and toughness.
