摘要
研发了基于微流控技术的氨氮、总氮和总磷在线监测系统。该系统包括进样模块、定量模块和消解比色模块等。通过微流芯片等进行各种试剂的定量,避免交叉污染。具有体积小、试剂消耗少、操作简单等优点。氨氮量程为0~5mg/L时,检出限为0.030 mg/L,精密度为1.74%;总氮量程为0~5mg/L,检出限为0.032mg/L,精密度2.10%;总磷量程为0~0.5mg/L时,检出限为0.015mg/L,精密度为2.64%。此外,该系统可灵活组合测试参数,有较广阔的应用前景。
The system includes sampling module,quantitative module and resolution colorimetric module.Microfluidic chips were used to quantify various reagents to avoid cross-contamination.It has the advantages of compact size,less reagent consumption and simple operation.The detection limit is 0.030 mg/L and the repeatability is 1.74% when the range of ammonia nitrogen is 0-5 mg/L,the detection limit is 0.032 mg/L and the repeatability is 2.10% when the range of ammonia nitrogen is 0-5 mg/L,the detection limit is 0.015 mg/L and the repeatability is 2.64% when the range of total phosphorus is 0-0.5 mg/L.In addition,the system can flexibly combine the test parameters,and has a broad application prospects.
