摘要
利用环境舱模拟EVA家具使用环境,通过热脱附-GCMS进行气体样品采集和定量分析,建立EVA家具中苯乙酮和2-苯基-2-丙醇释放量检测方法。线性范围覆盖0.02μg^0.5μg(相关系数大于0.995),苯乙酮和2-苯基-2-丙醇最低检测质量分别为0.0065μg和0.0096μg(采气体积为6L时),精密度结果(n=6)RSD<15%。此方法可满足日常检测需求,利于指导企业对EVA发泡材料及其家具产品生产的质量控制。
Using environmental chamber to simulate EVA furniture environment,gas samples were collected and quantitatively analyzed by thermal desorption-GCMS.The linear range is 0.02μg-0.5μg(correlation coefficient is greater than 0.995),the lowest detection masses of acetophenone and 2-phenyl-2-propanol are 0.0065μg and 0.0096μg respectively(the gas volume is 6 L),the precision result is RSD<15%(n=6).This method can meet the daily inspection requirements and be helpful to guide enterprises to control the quality of EVA foam materials and furniture products.
