顶空气相色谱法测定自来水中6种卤代烃类消毒副产物残留

Determination of six halogenated hydrocarbon disinfection by-products residues in tap water by headspace gas chromatography

建立了顶空-气相色谱法分析自来水中6种卤代烃的方法,分别考察了色谱柱及柱温条件、顶空平衡温度、顶空平衡时间、顶空瓶中加盐量和气液相比对检测结果的影响。结果显示:选用HP-5MS色谱柱、顶空平衡温度为65℃、顶空平衡时间为20min、加盐量为2g、气液两相比为10+10,在浓度范围0.00~50.0μg/L范围内6种卤代烃线性相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率在90.7%~97.3%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差在1.42%~3.23%之间(n=6)。该方法操作简便,准确度、精密度好,灵敏度高,检出限低,适用于自来水中6种卤代烃类消毒副产物残留的测定。

The effects of column temperature,headspace equilibrium temperature,headspace equilibrium time,salt content in headspace bottle and gas-liquid ratio on the results were investigated.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of six halogenated hydrocarbons in the concentration range of 0.00-50.0 g/L were all greater than 0.999,the recovery rate was within 90.7%-97.3%,the relative standard deviation of the results was 1.42%-3.23%(n=6).The method is simple,accurate,precise,sensitive and of low detection limit.
