摘要
为优化微藻培养条件,以BG11为基础培养基,采用单因素实验考察了不同质量浓度的NaNO3、K2HPO4、Na2CO3和CaCl2·2H2O对微藻Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09生长和油脂积累的影响。结果表明:NaNO3、K2HPO4、Na2CO3和CaCl2·2H2O对微藻Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09生长、油脂含量和油脂产量影响显著(p<0.05),且NaNO3、K2HPO4、Na2CO3和CaCl2·2H2O的质量浓度分别为0.75、0.02、0.08、0.018 g/L时,最利于微藻Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09的生长和油脂积累。
To optimize the culture conditions of microalgae,single factor experiment was performed to reveal the effects of different mass concentrations of NaNO3,K2HPO4,Na2CO3 and CaCl2·2 H2O based on BG11 medium on the growth and lipid accumulation of microalgae Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09.The results showed that all these factors exerted significant effects on the growth, lipid content and yield of microalgae Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09(p<0.05). The highest growth and lipid accumulation of microalgae Ankistrodesmus sp.CJ09 were achieved when the mass concentrations of NaNO3, K2HPO4, Na2CO3and CaCl2·2 H2O were 0.75,0.02,0.08 g/L and 0.018 g/L respectively.
