郑州市2011-2018年输入性疟疾病例流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis of imported malaria cases in Zhengzhou City from 2011 to 2018

目的分析郑州市输入性疟疾病例流行病学特征,为制定疟疾防控措施和策略提供科学依据。方法运用描述性流行病学方法对郑州市2011-2018年报告的疟疾病例资料进行分析。结果郑州市2011-2018年共报告180例疟疾病例,均为境外感染的输入性病例,病例中恶性疟占80.56%,间日疟占13.33%。病例中141例(78.33%)为非洲国家感染,39例(21.67%)为亚洲国家感染。发病无明显的季节性,在5月有一小高峰;病例中男性159例、女性21例,年龄介于3~64岁之间,78.88%的病例集中于20~40岁。结论郑州市疟疾防治效果稳定,近年来报告发病率在较低水平,今后必须继续做好输入性疟疾病例的早诊早治工作。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of imported malaria cases in Zhengzhou City,and to provide scientific basis for the development of malaria prevention and control measures and strategies.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the malaria cases reported in Zhengzhou City from 2011 to 2018.Results A total of 180 cases of malaria were reported in Zhengzhou City from 2011 to 2018,all of which were imported cases of overseas infection.Among the cases,falciparum malaria accounted for 80.56%and vivax malaria 13.33%.Of the reported cases,141(78.33%)were infected in African countries and 39(21.67%)in Asian countries.There was no significant seasonal incidence,with a small peak in May.Among the cases,there were 159 males and 21 females aged between 3 and 64 years old,and 78.88%were aged between 20 and 40 years old.Conclusion The effect of malaria control in Zhengzhou City is stable.In recent years,the incidence of malaria has been reported at a low level.Therefore,early diagnosis and treatment of imported malaria cases must be continued in the future.
