摘要
目的调查分析一起由副溶血性弧菌和金黄色葡萄球菌混合感染引起食物中毒事件的原因,为采取防控措施提供依据,为预防类似事件提供经验。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,结合现场卫生学调查及实验室检测结果进行分析。结果调查参加宴席用餐人数158人,发病23人,罹患率14.56%;临床症状符合细菌性食物中毒表现,13例病例肛拭子副溶血性弧菌阳性,3例病例肛拭子金黄色葡萄球菌阳性,1份呕吐物金黄色葡萄球菌阳性。剩余食物扣肉、叉烧中金黄色葡萄球菌阳性。结论该事件为一起由副溶血性弧菌和金黄色葡萄球菌混合感染引起的食物中毒事件。今后应通过电视广播、新媒体等方式对农村地区进行食品安全知识宣传,同时加强农村自办宴席的监管,减少此类中毒事件的发生。
Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of a food poisoning incident caused by mixed infection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Staphylococcus aureus,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control measures and provide experience for the prevention of similar incidents.Methods The on-site epidemiological survey method was combined with on-site hygiene survey and laboratory test results for analysis.Results A total of 158 people attended the banquet,23 of whom were ill,and the incidence rate was 14.56%.The clinical symptoms were consistent with bacterial food poisoning.A total of 13 cases were positive for Vibrio parahaemolyticus in anal swab,3 cases were positive for Staphylococcus aureus in anal swab,and 1 case was positive for Staphylococcus aureus in vomiting.The residual food was positive for Staphylococcus aureus in meat and pork.Conclusion The event is a food poisoning incident caused by a mixed infection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Staphylococcus aureus.In the future,food safety knowledge should be publicized in rural areas through television,broadcasting,new media and other means,and at the same time the supervision of self-catering in rural areas should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of such poisoning incidents.
