连续流动注射分析法同时测定水中挥发酚、氰化物及阴离子合成洗涤剂 被引量:9

Simultaneous determination of volatile phenol,cyanide and anion synthetic detergents in water by continuous flow injection analysis

摘要 目的建立连续流动注射仪同时测定水中挥发酚、氰化物及阴离子合成洗涤剂的分析方法。方法采用连续流动注射分析技术,在线蒸馏、萃取、分析水中挥发酚、氰化物及阴离子合成洗涤剂。结果连续流动注射分析法测定水中挥发酚、氰化物及阴离子合成洗涤剂的检出限分别为1.5、0.4和4.1μg/L,加标回收率为90.6%~104.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.60%~4.02%,与国家标准方法相比,相对标准偏差<5%。测定环境标准样品结果均在保证值以内。结论该方法简便快速、检出限低、精密度和准确度好、对环境污染小,且对检验人员毒害小,适用于实验室大批量样品的检测。 Objective To establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of volatile phenol,cyanide and anionic synthetic detergents in water by a continuous flow injection instrument.Methods Continuous flow injection analysis technology was used for online distillation,extraction,analysis of volatile phenol,cyanide and anion synthetic detergents in water.Results The detection limits of volatile phenol,cyanide and anion synthetic detergents in water by continuous flow injection analysis were 1.5,0.4 and 4.1μg/L,respectively.The recoveries were 90.6%~104.0%,with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 2.60%~4.02%.The relative standard deviation was<5%compared with the national standard method.The results of the environmental standard samples were all within the guaranteed value.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid,has low detection limit,good precision and accuracy,low environmental pollution,and low toxicity to inspectors,and is suitable for testing large quantities of samples in the laboratory.
