大变局下中美关系的“变”与“不变”

中美关系是百年未有之大变局中最大的变量。尽管美国为维护世界霸权地位,力图通过经贸摩擦、结盟对抗以及推行西方价值等方式对中国进行遏制与打压,但因中国积极融入现有国际秩序,加大市场开放力度,结伴不结盟,主张发展模式与理念的多样化与多元化,使美国的霸权主义与冷战思维只能在有限范围内对中美关系与世界发展发生影响。可以预期,未来中美关系仍将以协调、合作、稳定为基调继续向前推进与发展。

The Sino-US relationship is the biggest variable in the great changes never seen in a century In order to maintain its hegemonic position in the world,the US tries to contain and suppress China through economic and trade frictions,alliancebacked confro ntation and the selli ng of Western values.However,China actively integrates into the existing in ter national order,in creases market opening,partners rather than form alliances with other nations,and advocates diverse development models and concepts,causing the American hegenionism and Cold War thinking to have a limited influence on the Sino-US relations and world development.It can be expected that in the fiiture,the Sino-US relations will continue to advance and develop on the basis of coordination,cooperation and stability.
