新形势下更应以平和心态看世界

Looking at the World with a Peaceful Mind under the New Situation

改革开放以来,中国追求和践行和平发展,努力为人类社会和平繁荣作贡献,打通了社会主义与资本主义两种模式中原本对立的许多方面。但是,国际社会中也有人不适应中国和平崛起的现实,仍以冷战的思维来观察中国,对中国的内政外交作反向的评判。当前,在国际交往中,国家间在各方面有分歧、矛盾甚至有冲突,每个国家内部也有这样或那样的问题,这些都是正常的事情,与冷战时期两大阵营之间的对抗完全不同。世界是多样的、复杂的和不断变化的,中国也需要用一种平和的心态看这样的世界,从容应对,不为一时的情绪所左右。

Since the reform and opening up,China has pursued and practiced peaceful development,strove to con tribute to the peace and prosperity of human society and oxercome many of the original oppositions between socialism and capitalism.However,some people in the international conmiunity do not adapt to the reality of China's peaceful rise.They still observe China from the perspective of the Cold War and make an adverse judgme nt on China's domestic and foreign affairs.At prese nt,in inter national exchanges,there are differences and even conflicts among countries in various areas,and there are problems in one way or another within every country These are normal things and completely different from the confrontation between the two camps in the Cold War.The world is diverse,complex and constantly changing.China also needs to look at such a world with a peacefill mind,deal with it calmly and never sway due to passing whims.
