Reflections on the Disaster--Plagues in Both History and Reality and Responses

2020年3月19日,清华大学国家治理研究院院长、法学院教授王振民主讲清华大学“唯真讲坛”第七讲,在全国和全球各地的清华师生通过雨课堂、荷塘雨课堂、腾讯会议、网络直播等形式参加。本文在王振民教授的主旨报告及其回答学生提问的内容基础上整理形成,又经其本人作了修改补充。作者以大历史视角审视当下疫情和应对策略,从国家治理、发展模式、生活习惯和人类命运共同体建设多角度提出了自己独特的观察与思考。

On March 19,2020,Wang Zhenmin,a law professor and Dean of the National Governance Research Institute of Tsinghua University gave a lecture as the seventh session of the"Weizhen Forum"of Tsinghua University which was attended by Tsinghua faculty members and students in China and around the world via the Rain Class,Lotus Rain Class,Tencent Conference,and other online live broadcast platforms.This paper is compiled based on Professor Wang's keynote speech and his answers at the Q&A section and has been revised by himself The author examines tlie current epidemic situation and response strategies from a historical perspective,and shares his unique observation and thinking fi'oin the perspectives of national governance,development mode,life habits and the building of a human community with shared destiny.
