摘要
马来酰亚胺是一类重要的含氮杂环化合物.论文报道在无催化剂和添加剂的条件下,以取代的2-氨基吡啶和马来酸酐为反应底物,硝基甲烷作溶剂,高效合成一系列N-吡啶基-3,4-二甲基马来酰亚胺化合物.优化了反应条件,拓展了反应的底物.值得注意的是,马来酸酐同时作为酰基和甲基的来源.
Maleimide is an important class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compouds.An efficient catalyst and additive-free to synthesis of N-pyridyl-3,4-dimethyl maleimides from 2-aminopyridines and maleic anhydride with nitromethane as solvent has been developed.The reaction conditions were optimized and the substrates were examined.It is worth noting that maleic anhydride serves as both acyl and methyl source.
