摘要
基于传统锚桩法静载试验的钢箱梁反力平台,对钢箱梁的搭设方式和锚固方法进行了改进和优化,提高了钢箱梁的承载力。试验结果表明:4根试桩的极限承载力均不小于50000 kN,验证了合理的锚桩反力平台适合超高吨位的单桩静载荷试验;锚桩上拔位移量具有差异性,第二次使用的锚桩上拔位移量约为首次的50%左右。
The bearing capacity of steel box girder can be improved by optimizing and improving the erection method and anchoring method based on the static load test of traditional anchor pile method.The ultimate bearing capacity of every of the 4 test piles is not less than 50000 kN through the test,and it is verified that the reasonable anchor pile reaction platform is suitable for the static load test of single pile with ultrahigh tonnage.There are differences in the amount of pulling displacement of anchor piles,the pulling displacement of the anchor pile in the second use is about 50% of that of the first time.
