体育教师教育的历史审视与共同体构建的新时代选择 被引量:15

摘要 在建设社会主义强国背景下,人民对美好生活的向往、对卓越教育的需求,向新时代体育教师教育提出了新的期待和要求。总结我国体育教师教育发展历程,厘清体育教师教育变革的基本逻辑,科学规划新时代中国体育教师教育的未来发展走向,可为体育教师教育的改革与发展提供参考。研究认为:1)新中国成立70年来,我国体育教师教育体系得以系统重构,经历了从"计划定向型"培养制度向"多元开放性"办学体系转型,并开始了"协同一体化"体育教师教育改革的探索。2)当前体育教师教育存在管理体制亟需系统整合、培养模式相对封闭、教学内容衔接性较差等问题。3)体育教师教育共同体是新时代体育教师教育的政策选择,它是在培养体育教师实践活动中形成的密切、稳定、共同参与的个体联合或组织,包括地方政府、有关教育行政部门、中小学和大学等,具有实践性、专业化、整合连贯性等特点。4)体育教师教育共同体的建构策略有:贯彻基于合作对话的体育教师教育理念;规划统一于专业发展的体育教师教育目标体系;构建一体化培养的体育教师教育实践模式。 Under the background of building a strong socialist country,people’s yearning for a better life and the demand for excellent education put forward new expectations and requirements for the education of PE teachers in the new era. The research summarizes the development of PE teacher education in China,clarifies the basic logic of the changes of PE teacher education,and scientifically plans the future development trend of Chinese PE teacher education in the new era. Hopefully,it will provide reference for the reform and development in this regard. The research shows that:( 1) Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the PE teacher education system has been systematically reconstructed. It has gone through the transformation from the plan-oriented training system to the diversified and open school running system. And the exploration for a"collaborative integration"of PE teacher education reform has begun.( 2) There are some problems in the current education of PE teachers. In specific,the management system needs to be integrated,the training mode is relatively closed and the teaching content is poorly connected.( 3) The PE teacher education community is the policy choice of PE teacher education in the new era. It is a close,stable and joint individual association or organization formed in the training of PE teachers’ practice,including local governments,relevant education administrative departments,primary and secondary schools and universities,and has the characteristics of practicality,specialization,integration and coherence. The strategies of constructing a PE teacher educational community include implementing the idea based on cooperative dialogue,planning the goal system integrated with professional development,and constructing an integrated training model for PE teacher education.
