新时代体育经济与管理专业人才培养的结构性改革研究

Research on Structural Reform of the Training of Sport Economics and Management Professionals in the New Era

主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、对比分析法对我国体育经济与管理专业人才培养的结构性改革进行研究,通过引入供给侧结构性改革理论分析体育经济与管理专业人才供需矛盾和原因,并探讨我国体育经济与管理专业人才培养的供给侧结构性改革路径,以期为该专业人才培养改革奠定理论基础。研究认为:体育经济与管理本科专业应设立有共同规格与差异化并存的人才培养目标;人工智能时代变革人才培养标准;构建"A+X"课程体系并规范课程名称;以融合教育模式整合实践资源;外引内培多渠道提高师资素养;优化生源结构并在后续学习中区别对待;明确体育经济与管理专业人才培养的供给侧结构性改革框架。

This paper studies the structural reform of the training is of Sport Economics and Management professionals in China utilizing literature method,expert interview and comparative analysis. Analysis was conducted on the contradictions and reasons of supply and demand of professionals in Sport Economics and Management by introducing the theory of structural reform of supply-side. Meanwhile,the path of the supply-side structural reform for the training of professionals is investigated so as to lay a theoretical foundation in this area. The main conclusions are as follows: the undergraduate program of Sport Economics and Management should establish a goal of training of professionals with common specifications and differentiation;the training standards should be innovated in the era of artificial intelligence,the curriculum system of"A + X"be constructed and the names of the curricula be standardized,the practical resources be integrated with the mode of integrated education,teachers’ qualities be enhanced through various channels,students’ sources and learning structures be optimized and students be treated differently in the follow-up study,and the supply-side structural reform framework of training of professionals in Sport Economics and Management be specified.
