摘要 商业文化是商业主体在商业活动中形成的观念和现象的总称,其核心在于商业伦理。商业伦理是商业群体意识的反映,其功能是规范商业目的和商业行为。商业院校是培养商业人才的专门学校,应强化高等院校身份的独立性,守护文化立校的精神品格,从文化立人的视角,加强对学生的商业文化教育,营造商业文化的校园氛围,传承商业文化及其核心价值体系,引导和规范学生日后的商业行为。 Commercial culture is a general term for concepts and phenomena formed by commercial subjects in commercial activities. The core of commercial culture lies in business ethics. Business ethics is a reflection of business group consciousness, and its function is to regulate commercial purpose and business behavior. Commercial colleges are specialized institutions for training business talents. Those colleges should strengthen the independence of the identity of the colleges and universities, guard the spiritual character of establishing colleges through culture, strengthen the commercial culture education for students from the perspective of cultivating a person through culture, create a campus atmosphere of commercial culture, inherit the commercial culture and its core value system, so as to guide and standardize students’ future business behaviors.
