摘要
教育事业发展与国家政策变化有着很大的关联性,“全面二孩”政策给学校教育带来了新的变化与挑战,造成了新的影响。这需要各级教育机构包括基层中小学分析政策的实施影响,调整教育的应对策略,从宏观与微观、教育与教学、学业与心理、质量与安全等多个方面,及早适应“全面二孩”背景下的教育新常态,保证教育事业的健康可持续发展。
The development of education is closely related to the change of national policy,and the national two-child policy has brought new changes and challenges to school education,which has also brought new influences.Therefore,educational institutions at all levels,including primary and secondary schools,need to analyze the policy infl uence and adjust the educational countermeasures.Meanwhile,we should adapt to the new normal of education in the context of two children as early as possible and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of education from the macro and micro aspects,education and teaching,academy and psychology,and quality and security.
