摘要
教师的微型课题研究,是一种个人“定制”的实践研究,是实用性、个性化鲜明的教育科研。在研究时,可用自解定题、互助定题的方式来确定选题。在构建个人“定制”的目标时要关注基本目标和具体目标的确立,还要避免虚空目标。在具体研究过程中,要注意明晰研究流程、规范研究行为、优选研究方法。研究进程基本完成后,应进行分析梳理、总结提炼,延展个人研究的成果。
Teachers’micro project research is a kind of personal customized practical research and it is also education research with the features of practicality and personality.In the process of research,teachers may select and determine the topic by their own understanding or others’help.In constructing the goal of personal customization,teachers should focus on the basic and concrete goals while avoiding empty goals.In the process of research,teachers need to attend to the research procedures,standardize the behavior of research,and optimize the research methods.After having completed the project,teachers should analyze,summarize,refi ne and expand the results of their personal research.
