摘要
为解决太阳能电池片质量检测精度不佳、抗扰性差等问题,提出基于PSO-RBFNN的太阳能电池片表面质量检测方法。基于PSO-RBFNN原理采集电池片质量缺陷条纹特征,根据采集到的条纹特征定位电池片质量缺陷区域;为保障定位的准确,结合最小二乘法对电池片质量缺陷区域进行降噪,最终实现对太阳能电池片表面质量的准确检测。最后通过实验证实,基于PSO-RBFNN的太阳能电池片表面质量检测方法相对于传统方法有更高的准确性,充分满足研究要求。
In view of the poor quality detection precision and anti-interference of solar cells, a solar cell surface quality detection method based on PSO-RBFNN is proposed. The stripe features of quality defects of solar cells are collected based on the theory of PSO-RBFNN, and the quality defect areas of solar cells are positioned according to the collected stripe features. In order to ensure an accurate positioning, noise reduction is carried out on the quality defect areas of solar cells in combination with the least square method to realize an accurate surface quality detection of solar cells finally. The experiment proves that the accuracy of the solar cell surface quality detection method based on PSO-RBFNN is higher than that of the traditional method.Therefore, the proposed method fully meets the research requirements.
