摘要
在WC-8Co硬质合金中添加金属粉末锰,制备3种不同Mn含量的WC-8Co硬质合金,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜与能谱仪对合金微观组织进行观察与分析;测试这3种硬质合金的矫顽磁力、钴磁、密度、横向断裂强度、维氏硬度和断裂韧性,研究金属锰对WC-8Co硬质合金性能的影响。结果表明:添加金属锰能有效抑制WC-Co硬质合金晶粒长大,随着Mn添加量增加,WC晶粒均匀性增加,合金的密度和断裂韧性降低,维氏硬度升高,合金横向断裂强度先升高后降低。Mn添加量为0.50%(质量分数,下同)的合金,其钴磁为7.52%,矫顽磁力为11.5 kA/m,密度为14.75 g/cm3,维氏硬度HV30为1470,横向断裂强度和断裂韧性分别为3200 MPa和12.1 MPa·m1/2。Mn添加量为0.50%的WC-8Co合金,刀片磨损值0.231 mm,是WC-8Co刀片磨损值0.516 mm的44.8%,耐磨损性能好。
The microstructure of WC-8 Co Cemented Carbide was observed and analyzed by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectroscopy;the coercive magnetism,cobalt magnetism,density,transverse fracture strength,Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of the three types of Cemented Carbide were tested,and the influence of manganese metal on the properties of WC-8 Co Cemented Carbide was studied.The results show that the addition of metallic manganese can effectively inhibit the growth of WC-Co carbide grain,with the increase of Mn addition,the WC grain uniformity increases,the density and fracture toughness of the alloy decreases,the Vickers hardness increases,the transverse fracture strength of the alloy first increases and then decreases,the cobalt magnetism is 7.52%,the coercivity magnetism is 11.5 kA/m,the density is 14.75 g/cm3,the Vickers hardness HV30 is 1470,the transverse fracture strength and fracture toughness are 3200 MPa and 12.1 MPa·m1/2,respectively,the Mn addition of 0.50%WC-8 Co alloy,the blade wear value is 0.231 mm,44.8%of the WC-8 Co blade wear value of 0.516 mm,good wear resistance performance.
