团粒/基体体积比对网状结构硬质合金组织结构及性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Granule/Matrix Volume Ratio on the Micro Structure and Properties of Cellular Cemented Carbides

摘要 分别以常规硬质合金牌号YG6和YG8C为网状合金的团粒和网状基体,通过改变团粒/基体体积配比,采用粉末冶金技术制备出5款网状结构硬质合金(简称"网状合金")。通过对网状合金的显微组织观察及物理、力学性能测试分析,探索了团粒/基体体积比对网状合金组织结构和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:采用低压烧结工艺能够获得A02B00的网状合金,但团粒/基体界面和网状合金表面仍存在少量的孔隙,孔隙尺寸分别为0.5~1μm和5~8μm,降低了抗弯强度的稳定性;网状合金的物理、力学性能均随着团粒/基体比的提高而呈线性变化规律。 Five cellular cemented carbides with different granule/matrix volume ratio were fabricated by powder metallurgy.Traditional cemented carbide grades of YG6 and YG8 C were chosen as granule and matrix respectively.Effect of granule/matrix volume ratio on the microstructure and properties of cellular cemented carbides were studied based on microstructure observing as well as physical and mechanical properties testing.The results indicate that porosity of A02 B00 of cellular cemented carbide can be obtained by sintered-HIP method.Pores with the size of0.5~1μm and 5~8μm occasionally exist on the granule/matrix interface and sintered surface,respectively,which lowers the stability of transverse rupture strength.Physical and mechanical properties of cellular cemented carbides are in linear relationship with the rise of granule/matrix volume ratio.
