摘要
高纯钨在高端电子工业等领域有着广泛的需求,纯度越高其附加值也越高。试验以H2还原高纯仲钨酸铵(APT)制备高纯钨粉及制品,研究了还原介质、制备工艺对钨粉纯度及粉末粒度的影响。采用费氏法(FSSS)粒度、扫描电镜(SEM)、辉光放电质谱法(GDMS)等对高纯钨粉微观形貌及杂质含量等进行分析。研究结果表明,温度800℃/870℃/930℃/980℃,推舟时间40 min,H2流量38L/min,装舟量200 g工艺条件下,制得了粒径1.7μm的钨粉,纯度达99.999%以上,并且制备出的高纯钨制品力学性能表现良好。
High purity tungsten is widely demanded in the high-end electronics industry and the higher the purity,the higher the added value.High purity tungsten powder and products were prepared by reducing high purity ammonium secondary tungstate(APT)with H2.The effect of the reducing medium and preparation process on the purity of tungsten powder and powder size was investigated.FSSS,SEM and GDMS were used to analyze the microstructure and impurity content of high purity tungsten powder.The results showed that the tungsten powder with a particle size of 1.7μm and a purity of 99.999%or more was produced at 800℃/870℃/930℃/980℃,a pushing time of 40 min,an H2 flow rate of 38 L/min and a boating capacity of 200 g.The mechanical properties of the high purity tungsten products were good.
