摘要
基于耕地质量评价工作的实际业务需求及耕地质量评价成果的特点,开发了一套耕地质量评价成果检核软件产品,并在广东、福建、海南、四川等区域的耕地质量评价业务中进行了实践。结果表明,该软件产品实现了耕地质量评价成果与检查工具的无缝结合,保证了评价成果的合理性、规范性与一致性,解决了耕地质量评价成果检核的自动化与智能化问题,促进了耕地质量评价的技术进步。
The evaluation of the quality of cultivated land is an important part of the trinity protection system of "quantity, quality, and ecology" of cultivated land in China. The national, provincial, municipal, and county-level arable land authorities have always attached great importance to the inspection of arable land quality evaluation results. In the past, relying mainly on manual inspection was not only time consuming and laborious, but also prone to errors. Based on the actual business needs of cultivated land quality assessment and the characteristics of cultivated land quality assessment results, this paper has developed a set of cultivated land quality assessment results check software products and carried out in the cultivated land quality assessment business in Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, Sichuan and other regions practice. The practical results show that the software product realizes the seamless combination of cultivated land quality evaluation results and inspection tools, ensures the rationality, standardization and consistency of the evaluated results, and solves the problems of automation and intelligence of the inspection of cultivated land quality evaluation results,and promoted the technological progress of quality evaluation of cultivated land.
