SINOPEC Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute regards the theme education and science and technology innovation as the focus and promote them mutually. The institute analyzes its own deficiency, views the situation from the overall situation and future trend, grasps the principles, stays close to the needs, and finds the correct positioning in order to enhance strategic thinking and planning capabilities. It strives to help SINOPEC to become a world-class enterprise from the following aspects: to lead enterprises to change the structure, improve quality and increase efficiency through utilizing clean oil refining technologies;to support the enterprise’s safety and environmental protection by applying energy-saving and environmentally-friendly public technologies;to employ the company’s conversion from the traditional energy power to the now one by new immerging sources technologies.
