摘要
本文结合实际,在对业务外包优点和风险的客观分析的基础上,通过目前国有企业改革发展中业务外包存在的主要问题及原因分析,研究提出国有企业实施业务外包管理的意见和建议。国有企业要在建立科学的外包管理模式的前提下,充分做好外包决策、实施阶段的风险评估与控制工作,持续开展外包成本与收益分析评价工作,促进业务外包良性发展,才能取得优于自营的综合效应。
Along With the development of China’s socialist market economy and the further deepening of the division of social specialties,business outsourcing management has gradually become part of the enterprise management system.Based on the analysis of the advantages and risks of business outsourcing in practice,this paper pointed out the major problems and causes of enterprise’s outsourcing after investigation,and put forwards some suggestions on enterprise’s outsourcing management.It is very important to do the risk analysis and control work at the decision-making and implementing stages of outsourcing,carry out analysis and evaluation of outsourcing costs and benefits continually and promote the sound development of business outsourcing,which can facilitate the enterprise to achieve a synergy effect that is better than self-employment.
