炼化企业电气专业人才盘点规划思路与实施路径

摘要 本文通过选取中国石化对人才需求较大的电气专业为例,通过调查、分析、统计、研究等方式,初步形成以"能力-业绩-潜力"三个主要维度的电气专业人才/组织评价体系和以"效益-效率-质量-反馈"四个主要维度的电气专业人才/组织考核体系,最终形成符合电气专业特色的核心人才的考核评价体系,旨在为电气专业人才梯队建设和电气专业人才价值增值提供思路和方法。 With the in-depth advancement of a number of key tasks such as the talents strengthening project and reform on integrity management system of oil refining and chemical equipment sectors,it becomes clear that the value generated by human resources is becoming more and more significant.Talents review is an important guarantee for selecting and using talents in the enterprise.This paper,by taking the electrical professionals as an example,provided an organizational evaluation system for electrical professional with three dimensions of "competence-performance-potentiality",and an organizational assessing system for electrical professionals with four dimensions of "benefit-efficiency-quality-feedback" with the methods of investigating,analyzing,calculating and doing research.It is aimed at providing ideas and methods on constructing a talent echelon of electrical professionals and values appreciation to electrical professionals.
