摘要
作者随中国石化2019年第二期"三强"领导干部能力提升班赴英国阿什里奇商学院培训学习,结合所学所思,梳理了阿什里奇商学院的基本情况,提炼总结了该学院在培训课程方面的创新实践经验和培训运行主要特色。在此基础上,针对石油化工管理干部学院培训管理工作,进行深入思考,并提出几点建议。
The paper’s author,who went to Ashridge Business School in the UK to attend training and study with the class members of SINOPEC’s 2nd "Three Leads" Competence-Enhancing Training Program in 2019 for Leading Cadres,presents a comprehensive introduction to the School.Through the training,the author has also summarized its creative practical experience in designing the curriculum and its key training features.Based on the deep considerations upon the training management work of SINOPEC Management Institute,the author puts forward several suggestions concerning the topic.
