摘要
本研究对华中地区的100份芍药种质的花、茎、叶形态农艺性状进行观察,采用SSR分子标记法对其进行遗传关系分析与聚类分析。结果表明,华中地区各地的芍药资源存在交互流通作用。自育种质可作为栽培芍药种质改良的重要材料。
The morphological and agronomic characters of flowers,stems and leaves of 100 Paeonia Lactiflora Germplasm from central China were observed and analyzed by SSR molecular markers.The results showed that there was interactive circulation of Paeonia Lactiflora Pall.Resources in central China.Self-breeding germplasm can be used as an important material for germplasm improvement of Paeonia Lactiflora Pall.
