平安区实施乡村振兴战略的思考

Reflection on the Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Ping'an District

党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略,是对“新农村建设”的全面升华。通过发展乡村产业,保护自然生态环境与乡风习俗,完善各项制度,合理治理,提升农民种植收益,改善生活水平,实现共同富裕。本文主要针对平安区目前乡村振兴战略实施中面临的现状以及存在的问题进行逐一分析,并提出要全力打造富硒产业,大力推进新型城镇化建设,积极发展乡村旅游等建议,有效解决了小城镇总体建设滞后、职能结构单一以及环境保护意识落后等问题,并进一步加快振兴战略的顺利实施,促进城乡统筹、城乡一体化到城乡融合发展。

The report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China puts forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,which is a comprehensive sublimation of“new rural construction.”Through the development of rural industries,the protection of the natural ecological environment and rural customs,the improvement of various systems,the rational management,the improvement of farmers’planting income,the improvement of living standards,and common prosperity.This article mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the implementation of the current rural revitalization strategy in Ping’an District,and proposes to build a selenium-rich industry,promote new urbanization,and actively develop rural tourism.The overall construction of small towns is lagging behind,with a single functional structure and backward environmental protection consciousness,and further accelerate the smooth implementation of the revitalization strategy to promote urban-rural integration,urban-rural integration,and urban-rural integration.
