摘要
伴随我国社会的不断进步,生态环境问题也逐步得到了广泛关注。植物微生物生态学的主要研究方向是植物微生态系统,其主要研究的对象是植物各组织细胞内的微生物的构成、演变、更替、基本功能、微生物与其宿主之间的效能。微生物系统对人类赖以生存的环境有很重要的影响,然而现代生物化学与分子生物学技术在植物微生态系统研究领域的作用越来越明显。因此,本文针对现代生物化学与分子生物学研究技术在植物微生物生态学中的应用进行简要分析。
With the continuous progress of China’s society,the ecological environment problem has gradually received extensive attention.The main research direction of plant microbial ecology is the plant microecosystem,and its main research object is:the composition,evolution,replacement,basic functions of microorganisms in various tissues and cells of plants,as well as the efficiency between microorganisms and their hosts.Microbial systems have a very important impact on the environment on which humans live.However,modern biochemical and molecular biology technologies are the fundamental field of research on plant microecosystems.In view of this,this paper briefly analyzes the application of modern biochemistry and molecular biology research techniques in plant microbial ecology.
