摘要
为了提高压电堆栈的位移输出,该文设计了一种菱形压电驱动器。该机构以压电堆栈作为驱动元件,利用菱形位移放大器放大叠层压电陶瓷的输出位移。该文首先对三角放大原理进行了分析,接着对菱形压电驱动器在一端固定一端驱动负载和两端同时对称驱动负载两种不同的约束方式进行了理论分析,然后利用ANSYS软件对菱形压电驱动器的静、动态特性进行了有限元分析。通过分析结果可以得出,该机构的仿真放大倍数为6. 17,接近于机构的理论放大倍数7. 12,而对称驱动下的工作频率可远远高于一端驱动下的工作频率,并对该结果进行了进一步的分析与讨论。
A rhombic piezoelectric actuator is designed in order to improve the output displacement of piezoelectric stack. This mechanism uses a piezoelectric stack as the driving element and a rhombic displacement amplifier to amplify the output displacement of the laminated piezoelectric ceramics. The principle of triangle amplification is firstly analyzed. Then theoretical analyses of the rhombic piezoelectric actuator are carried out under fixed-vibrating constraint and symmetric constraint. The static and dynamic characteristics of the rhombic piezoelectric actuator are analyzed by ANSYS software. The magnification ratio of the mechanism is 6. 17,which is close to the theoretical value of 7. 12.The operating frequency under symmetric driving mode is much higher than that under fixed-driving mode which is further analyzed and discussed in the paper.
