摘要
该文针对目前公司使用的油缸缸筒壁厚,按照压力等级和年需求量进行划分规格,将同一缸径筒壁厚划分成几个规格,并将规格标准化。将标准化的筒壁厚通过2P&2F、往复抽动台架试验,以及整机小批试装市场试验来验证其理论计算的正确性和可靠性,最终降低了筒的采购成本和油缸的制造成本,提高了油缸的利润空间,并为国家节省了大量原材料。
In this paper,the wall thickness used by the company is divided into several specifications according to the pressure grade and the annual demand. The wall thickness of the same cylinder diameter is divided into several standardized specifications. The accuracy and reliability of the theoretical calculation were verified by the 2 P&2 F,reciprocating pumping bench test and small-batch trial assembly market test of the whole machine. Finally,the procurement cost of the cylinder is reduced. The manufacturing cost of the cylinder is reduced. The profit space of the cylinder is improved. A lot of raw materials are saved for the country.
